Veronique Joo'Aisenberg
She holds a Master of Arts and Culture from University of Nantes, in Mediating Culture. She lived and studied in Africa and the Indian Ocean for almost twenty years. In 1997, she became Head of Mission of the Association Française d'Action Artistique (AFAA). From 1999 to 2001 she worked as a cultural attaché in Moncton, Canada, her main task was to organize the French cultural presence during the VIII. Francophone Summit. In 2001, she became the coordinator of the AFAA African-Caribbean Creative Support Program, Bamako African Photography Meetings (2001-2009). Since 2010, she is the head of the Institut français Cinémathèque Afrique collection. She participates in putting together the programme for various festivals and she is regularly asked to be part of the jury.
